Digital Communication with Primary Care: Patient Feedback

The NHS Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups are interested in hearing feedback from Sussex patients regarding their experiences of using technology to communicate with their GP and local practice. This feedback will be used when considering Sussex-wide technology suppliers in primary care.
 
Text messaging and other technology has been used as a means of communication between GP practices and patients for a range of services, including appointment reminders, health campaigns, clinical surveys and general information sharing.
