European Rubber Journal is launching the Journey to Automation (J2A) Awards initiative to recognise leading players in the field of automation and digital transformation in the tire industry.

The awards will recognise progress and achievements in the following categories:
- Tire Manufacturing
- Tire Design / Technology
- Tire Supply & Distribution
- Industry / Product Sustainability

Judging will be by a team of experts brought together by the editorial teams at European Rubber Journal magazine in cooperation with US-based sister publications Tire Business and Rubber & Plastics News.

Entries are open until the end of April 2020. 

The details of shortlisted entries will be announced in July. The programme will culminate in the announcement of winners in September in a J2A Awards Special Report in European Rubber Journal magazine and through ERJ's on-line channels.
