Unpresedented Change

Following the outbreak of COVID-19 (corona virus) the UK has gone into lock-down. Schools have closed to all but the children of key workers should they have no alternative childcare.

As part of my practitioner enquiry I would like to understand the impact of unprecedented change on our pupils mental health and welfare.

I will be sending this survey out twice, with 4 weeks time difference. Where possible please try to complete the survey both times. This will help me with continuity.

The results of this survey are for academic purposes only and I do not require the participant to provide any personal details or identify themselves.
