14% of survey complete.
This survey forms part of a research project between the University of Worcester and Aston University. As very little is known in the research literature about team coaching, the purpose of our project is to survey workplace coaches who are currently providing team coaching. Our aim is to increase the awareness of current practices in team coaching in order to inform future research projects and theory development.

Participant Information Sheet

What is the purpose of this research?
The purpose of the research is to conduct a survey of the current practice of team coaching within a work context.

Why have I been asked to take part?

What if I don’t want to take part?

What exactly will I be required to do?

At the end of the questionnaire you will be asked if you agree to be contacted for a follow-up interview. If you agree to this, you will need to provide your email address. In this case your response is no longer anonymous however all responses will remain confidential.

How will the results of the research be disseminated?
Your unidentifiable responses will be used in articles/reports stemming from the research.

What do I do if I want to stop half way through?
If you wish to stop completing the questionnaire, please close your web browser without completing the questionnaire and your responses will be deleted. However, once your questionnaire has been submitted we will be unable to remove your data from the study as we will be unable to identify your responses.
