Calling all Millennial Lawyers

This project is designed to explore how different generations within our profession are able to negotiate some of the transformative changes within legal services. In particular, academic and press discussion has noted the changing conditions in which the millennial generation have grown up, studied, interacted with the world and each other and the ways in which these conditions may differ from those experienced by previous generations.

Leeds Law Society have prepared this survey to help us gather information so that we can structure the workshops that we are planning to have with millennial lawyers (further details of the project are on the Leeds Law Society website at the link here). It is designed to help us gain an initial understanding about your thoughts about the profession, the guidance you feel you require to build your career and how successfully you are supported within the profession.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Due to the potentially sensitive nature of the questions we have not asked you to supply any details that would identify you. However, if you would like to take part in the September workshops, please contact Alex Byers at alex.byers@leedslawsociety.org.uk.

This survey remains open until 4pm on 18 August 2017.
