Diversity & inclusion
We have a global D&I task force, which is helping IPFA better incorporate D&I practices across our activities.
You will join quarterly D&I meetings with the task force to get an update on what they have been working on. You will be working with other D&I reps from all our Councils and Committees around the world. At each Council meeting you will be asked to give an update on what was discussed at the last quarterly D&I meeting.

Knowledge Hub
The Knowledge Hub is a key strategic opportunity for IPFA and is an area we are growing. You will work with the Operations Manager to develop a plan for your region’s Knowledge Hub activities, including topics and speakers and will report on the Knowledge Hub pipeline at Council meetings.

Marketing, including, social media & digital outreach
Working with the Operations Manager and IPFA’s marketing team to identify additional ways to connect with members.

Collaborations with external organisations / Networks
We often collaborate with external organisations and networks to help promote IPFA, grow our network, and support other organisations. You will work with IPFA’s marketing team to help recommend organisations/networks, and to assist in building relationships with them.

Private sector engagement
Membership engagement is of crucial importance. We will ask for your help in creating an engagement strategy for your region, particularly focussing on low-engaged private sector members. We will also work with you to identify and create a strategy for potential members.

Public sector engagement
You will work with us to identify key public sector organisations that we should be engaging with and help create a strategy for new public sector members.

Council / FLN liaison
You will be the bridge between the Council and FLN Committee. You will join the FLN Committee’s quarterly meetings to give an update on the Council's activities.

Events / Webinars
You will work with the Operations Manager to create an annual pipeline of key topics for us to cover throughout the year. You might offer support to the Operations Manager to create event/webinar proposals and suggest speakers.

Training
You will help identify how we can align training to the IPFA offerings.
