INTRODUCTION

Thank you very much for your interest in this survey. We want to hear from audiences across the country about how you think cultural organisations should be responding to climate change - what role should they play and how could they make the most impact?

You will be asked questions in the following three areas:
  1. Your attitudes to the climate crisis
  2. The role of cultural organisations
  3. The role of audiences
You will then have the opportunity to let us know any other thoughts you have in a free text box - we'd love to hear from you. There is also a short optional 'About you' section which asks demographic questions to ensure we have received responses from a range of people. 

The survey should take 5 - 10 minutes to complete.
