Introduction

When selected well and deployed smartly, payments tools can make a huge positive impact on conversion, AOV and loyalty by enabling retailers to curate a more frictionless experience, collecting valuable insight along the way. However, this is a crowded category of solution and difficult to differentiate between offerings. The results of this "Pulse Research" will be shared with Retail Hive members to help them select and differentiate between offerings in PoS solutions and also online payment platforms. The research will provide an honest (but anonymised) appraisal of how certain solutions perform and will also identify where providers fall short, so collectively Retail Hive members can steer the development of solutions in the most useful direction.

Retail Hive members from across the European and US communities are participating in the research - together we will create a global benchmark that you can use to help make confident decisions when developing and selecting payments solutions.

All responses will be kept anonymous, and all respondents will have priority access to the benchmarking report.
