Roles and Responsibility of the Board, Council and Commissions.
Currently the respective roles can be summarised as follows:
Board: Responsible for managing the business of the BJA save for those matters that are required to be done at a general meeting (such as the election of the President, appointment of the auditors) including: approval of the annual business plan, approvals of budgets, formulation/planning/monitoring of policy, appointment of the CEO, appointment of Panels and Commissions (see Article 29 for full details) BJA Memorandum_and_Articles
