We need some feedback to help us understand cases that involve private family law applications to court AFTER a final hearing. 
 
Cafcass prepared a report on such cases, estimating that 30% are returns. We, MoJ and Cafcass will be interested to know why this is and to develop ideas on how such returns might be avoided. We would like to hear your views so we can share them with Ministry of Justice and Cafcass. There are only 14 questions so the survey should only take a few minutes.
