The BFA want to investigate how we can better inform and support the florist when it comes to the theme of sustainable entrepreneurship. Through various discussions in the industry and research among consumers, it is clear that sustainability is important for a successful future. Sustainability is not a fickle fad but a "way of life" that is playing an increasingly significant role in our society. (Future) customers also place greater value on this.
For us, it's a challenge to reevaluate our support in this regard. We would love to hear how we can do even better for you. 😊
