ABOUT THE SERVICE
Our health promotion leaflets and posters service provides a free and convenient place to order high quality, up-to-date health information from a range of reputable organisations.
ELIGIBILITY
You are eligible if you:
Work, volunteer or study in the Bradford and Airedale areas of West Yorkshire
AND
You support the health and wellbeing of the local population in your role
Eligible roles includes NHS staff, teachers, early years practitioners, social care workers, volunteers, corporate health and wellbeing services. If you are in doubt about your eligibility please contact the library on 01274 223900 or email library.lynfield@bdct.nhs.uk.
LEAFLETS AND POSTERS
We supply leaflets and posters in the following topic areas:
- Alcohol
- Contraception and Sexual Health
- Healthy Eating and Exercise
- Immunisations
- Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing
- Miscellaneous
- Older People
- Oral Health
- Pregnancy, Parenting and Breastfeeding
- Safety
- Self-examination, Screening and Cancer Prevention
- Smoking Cessation
We also support access to alternative leaflet formats. If you require leaflets in digital, easy read, other languages or audio format please contact the library using the details above. We cannot guarantee an
alternative format for all topics but we are happy to search for one for you.
COLLECTING LEAFLET ORDERS
We will notify you when the order is ready for collection from our library at Lynfield Mount Hospital. NHS staff can also request for their leaflets to be delivered to an NHS address in the area. Please note that your order may take up to 10 working days to be completed. Larger orders may take longer.
