Culture Syndicates CIC is a heritage and arts consultancy. We aim to build employability within the sector by creating paid developmental opportunities for emerging professionals and champion sustainable workforce development in the heritage and arts sector. We are running this survey to find out more about entry into the heritage and arts workforce by those currently working within it. We would appreciate your time in filling out this survey, as it will inform the work that we do with sector entrants and heritage and arts organisations to build a resilient workforce.
The results of this survey will be processed anonymously, meaning that you will not be identified within the data. We will use the results internally to inform our strategic direction and we might make use of the overall survey results on our website and social media platforms.
