Fill out this survey and help us push for change

This survey is intended for non binary people in the UK only. By non binary we are referring to a range of identities that feel that their gender does not align with identifying exclusively or either as a man or a woman. This includes people who identity as neither, as both, as fluid or anywhere outside of the binary spectrum of men and women.

In the UK it is currently only possible to have your gender recognised as 'male' or 'female' on official documents, ID's or passport. This has the effect that non binary people who would like their gender recognised are unable to do so which effects many different official documents, registrations or papers (such as registering for marriage).

Currently the gender marker 'x' is available in several countries such as Australia, New Zealand, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Argentina, Denmark and Malta. It is therefore vital that the UK takes the same step and legally recognises non binary identities and gender officially. It is vital in ensuring that non binary people around the UK are given the same rights as other trans people.

The results of this survey will be used to advocate for change and draft a letter to send to your local MP's to push for change and raise awareness of the issue. This is why we need to find out who your MP is. You can easily find out who they are using this website by entering your postcode: http://www.parliament.uk/mps-lords-and-offices/mps/

Once we gather everything up, we will send you the draft letter that you can then use to forward to your MP.

Who are we? We are Fox and Owl, a non binary trans couple that advocate for change and raise awareness of trans issues and non binary issues across the UK and globally.
