Question Title

* 2. The Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) held an event and welcomed organisations of Surrey to attend in order to seek their views and feedback; this event was not attended by any members of the Deaf community.
The CCG has asked Sight for Surrey for support to gather this vital information from the Deaf Community; what you think is working well and what needs to be improved.

There are five questions to ask you:
1) Is it important for you to have an Interpreter for your hospital and G.P appointments, if yes, why?
2) How should the CCG promote their services to the deaf community?
3) How can the CCG provide a good service?
4) What are your concerns when you have a hospital or G.P appointment? - We’d like to know about your experiences.
5) How would you like to see the service improved?

We’d like your feedback – you can do this in BSL or English via the Sight for Surrey Facebook page and send us a private message; by sending your views, you give consent for Sight for Surrey to share your feedback to the CCG so they can collate this as part of their survey.
Please share this with any of your friends who are Surrey residents, it’s important we can share the views of the Deaf community.
