Pan-European Audit on Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency participant centre registration form |
Welcome to the AGHD audit participant registration
Thank you for your interest in becoming a participant or participating centre in this ESE project entitled; A European Society of Endocrinology audit and multi-country comparison of Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency (AGHD) treatment in clinical practice in Europe, Australia and New Zealand; how closely are protocols and best practice recommendations followed.
The ESE audit is supported by a restricted medical education Independent Grant for Learning & Change provided by Pfizer. (Grant ID 34573113)
The audit will provide each successful centre with the opportunity to:
- Answer a structured set of questions about your specific patient population, plus add wider AGHD diagnosis and treatment environment data to reflect your local situation.
- Provide only aggregated patient data into a structured database we provide to host locally which enables you to add answers to our questions in an e-form. This ensures all individual patient data remains 100% invisible to ESE, and we only see your aggregated data answers
- Retain access to the database with our compliments after the audit ends, receive an interim report of our findings and be acknowledged in our final planned publications.
The audit collection phase will commence in Spring 2019 and last 2 months. The sample size, geographical distribution and range of participating centres required for the audit is based on a range of qualifying criteria. Please complete your details below and we will contact you shortly to confirm how you can get involved.
