The APSE Highways State of the Market survey covers highways maintenance services within local authorities. This survey is relevant to HIGHWAYS MAINTENANCE activities and staff only. There are separate surveys for street lighting and winter maintenance.
It covers a range of topics of relevance to officers and provides a snapshot of the sector which is of use to those responsible for the service and enables comparison over a number of years.
