Introduction
Citizens Advice is currently exploring people’s experiences of arranging and paying for residential care for people aged 65 or over. We are carrying out the research to understand how the experience of finding, selecting and paying for a care home place can be improved.
We are interested to speak to people with experience of helping to choose, arrange and sort payment for a care home place for someone aged 65 or over in the past three years in England. This could include people who are 65 or over who have arranged their own care.

A £40 high street shopping voucher will be provided as a thank you to those who participate in the 90 minute interviews.
