World Vaccine Congress Washington Poster Submission Guidelines

Poster Presentation

Poster presentations at the World Vaccine Congress will be competitive and if your proposal is accepted, your poster will be displayed for the duration of the congress, 14th - 17th April 2019. There will also be an interactive poster session on day 1 (15th April) where you have the opportunity to explain and discuss your poster with attendees during the afternoon networking breaks. 

The author for each accepted poster must register for and attend the conference as a fee paying delegate. 

Ensure you limit the poster size to A0 portrait orientation (118.9cm x 84.1cm). The Congress organisers will provide materials for mounting posters. Power sources are not available.

Deadline: All electronic submissions must be received by Wednesday 1st April 2019.
