Membership benefits 
As event managers we love meeting new people especially those in similar roles. Our members are all corporate event professionals from various industries allowing you to network, exchange stories, knowledge and war stories with your peers. 
 
Between us we have nearly 20 years experience in the corporate events world and we want to share our experiences, knowledge and contacts with you!  By being a member, we will provide you with direct access to our contacts at venues and suppliers both in the UK and internationally. You will be able to reach out to us to pick our brains on all things events - saving you valuable time!  
 
We will keep you updated of the latest venue openings, offers and if ever needed can advise on hot off the press event jobs!
 
And last but not least - and no doubt the most important - you will receive invitations to our monthly events! 
 
Membership options 
Taking into account the different roles we all have within the events industry, we offer two levels of membership.  Both levels will receive the benefits mentioned above along with invitations to our monthly events.
 
  • Platinum level: platinum members will receive invitations to our London events, UK overnight FAMs and international FAMs.  Members of this level will also receive 4 guest passes per a year to enable their corporate event contacts to be introduced to Eventprofslive.  This level of membership is open to those who are event organisers for venues within London, the UK and internationally.  Annual fee: £100 per person.
  • Gold level: gold members will receive invitations to our London events. Members of this level will also receive 2 guest passes per a year to enable their corporate event contacts to be introduced to Eventprofslive. This level of membership is open to those who are event organisers for venues within London.  Annual fee: £50 per person.
 
 Small print
· Your membership application will be successful and invitations to our events will be sent once payment has been received. 
· To maximise the networking opportunities at our events, places are limited.  Places will be offered on a first come first served basis and your place(s) will be confirmed ahead of the event.  
· By becoming a member and by attending our events, you will be providing us with your permission for your contact details to be shared with the venues/suppliers that host us. By attending our events, you also provide us with permission to use any pictures that you may appear in on our social media accounts and on our website. To opt out please let us know.  
· For our FAM trips, for those who cancel with less than 2 weeks notice there will be a cancellation fee.  
· Your membership will last for a year from the date your membership form was submitted. We are unable to offer refunds on our annual membership subscriptions.
· The guest pass is only valid at our London events and are strictly only to be used by corporate event managers. All guests will need to be pre-approved by Eventprofslive, a pass can only be used by the same attendee twice, after which a membership will need to be purchased to continue attending our events.
