Dear IFSTAL participants

We hope you have enjoyed taking part in IFSTAL this year. In order to improve the programme for next year we would be very grateful if you could take part in our short online survey, where your views and suggestions will be invaluable. Please read through these terms before agreeing to participate by ticking the ‘yes’ box below. Your contributions to the survey will remain anonymous and will be used by the IFSTAL team to make improvements to the course, in journal articles or papers about food systems training, as well as in reporting to our funder HEFCE (the Higher Education Funding Council for England).   

The questionnaire should take no longer than 10 -15 minutes to complete. Please note that your participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any point during the questionnaire for any reason, before submitting your answers.  The data will be stored in a password-protected file and may be used in academic publications, and in material to promote the IFSTAL programme. 

This survey has been reviewed by, and received ethics clearance through the University of Oxford Central University Research Ethics Committee. If you have a concern about any aspect of this questionnaire, please speak to the lead academic, Dr John Ingram (john.ingram@eci.ox.ac.uk) at the University of Oxford who will do their best to answer your query. The lead academic should acknowledge your concern within 10 working days and give you an indication of how they intend to deal with it.
