Blended Learning Survey

We are looking to move our face-to-face training into blended learning, using both face-to-face and more interactive internet-based exercises. This would either as pre-course work, within the classroom setting or as self-guided learning in your own time.
1.Pre-course: If you have received a pre-course
textbook as part of a course, how useful was the textbook to you?
2.Pre-course: The quiz we add to the pre-course pack, if we were to move to an online quiz, how would you access it:
3.Pre-course: If we were to email you the information for the course, would this be easier than posting it?
4.During an in-house course: Would you be able to bring technology with Internet access into the training room?
5.During an in-house course: Are you able to get onto the company Wi-Fi or would you have to use your own data to get online?
6.During the course: How confident would you say you are in completing a simple online quiz?
7.Self-guided learning: As part of the course, we may give you some questions to answer in your own time. Are you able to access the internet outside of work hours?
8.Self-guided learning: For higher level courses, we may give you some online modules to complete along with an online assessment. Do you have access to a laptop or tablet to enable you to do this around your day-to-day job?
