If so, Healthwatch Birmingham would like to hear from you. Please spare 10 – 15 minutes to fill in this questionnaire.

Your experiences will help improve the experience of young people trying to get mental health support from the NHS in Birmingham. NHS mental health services in Birmingham for children and young people are provided to those aged between 0 -25 years old, and up to 35 years old for first psychosis.  

Although we will use quotes from the survey responses this will be done without using your name and your information will be completely private.  Thank you for taking part.
