Thank you so much for agreeing to take part in our research.  Our target is to get 1000 people to take part in this study to understand  more about the impact of performance appraisal conversations. How motivating are they... What's working well and what isn't.  

The output will enable us to build a picture of what it is that people need from these conversations in 2020 in order to bring their best performance to work every day. We then plan to share those findings as our way of helping everyone feel work is a place where they can thrive and grow.
 
We take your trust and privacy very seriously and all your answers will be treated as confidential.  If you would like to receive a copy of the findings from our research, there is an opportunity to share your contact details at the end of the survey.

The survey starts with a high level summary question, followed by two sections.  Section 1 focuses on the performance review process, section 2 on the performance conversation.  It should take around 10 minutes to complete all questions.
