Transport Changes Survey |
For people living and working along B1102 Quy to Burwell
Significant proposals that will alter the way we all access Cambridge are now being consulted on by our local authorities. These proposals will affect you, whether you drive, get the bus, walk or cycle.
The reasons are four-fold - traffic, air pollution, housing & commercial growth and maintaining the quality of life in the City. In all honesty, change is coming and our travel habits will have to change. This is a given.
We are the B1102 Transport Group representing the Parishes from Quy to Burwell, feeding into Parish Council meetings in order to keep abreast of changes that could impact on the B1102, our main route into Cambridge.
The Greater Cambridge Partnership (which consists of South Cambs, Cambridge City and Cambridgeshire County Council but not East Cambs) are currently consulting on major transport changes to the eastern access to the City which will all have an impact on how people live and commute along the B1102.
We want your views on what is proposed. 'We don't like any change' is not an option - we need to influence proposals in our best interests.
Therefore we are seeking your views on habit changes and issues in order to gauge how people feel about the different options being proposed. Please complete the questions below:
