DAPTC Area Committee Survey - Eastern Area Committee

Please help us understand your thoughts on the current DAPTC Area Committee Structure.

The second part of our review of the DAPTC Constitution will look at quite a few areas, one of which is the area committee structure. Before we start some work in the Executive Committee at possible options, one of which could be to do nothing; we are keen to take a snapshot of current views. These responses should ideally include nominated representatives and can be a Clerk's perspective, Chair's or council as a whole. It's left with you to respond as you see fit and the more responses we receive the better. The survey will remain open until 22nd January 2021.

The results of this survey will be published live on the DAPTC website - we'd encourage as many views as possible but would ask that you complete this in the full knowledge that your comments, name, email address will be published.

At the first opportunity they should return to face to face meetings in the area

The meetings could predominantly be online and annually meet face to face

The meetings could all be online to help increase participtation and save time and travel obligations

I don't see any value in the meetings and if they stopped they wouldn't be missed

We dip in and out of the meetings depending on whether the content is of interest
