The Health & Wellbeing Board are leading on the development of an Anti-Poverty Strategy for Tameside. The Board are a statutory partnership of organisations who work to reduce inequalities and improve the health and wellbeing of Tameside residents.

The recommendations that form the basis of the Strategy have been developed using this Poverty Needs Assessment and have also incorporated the views of those with lived experience and people who work in this area.
