This Keele Parent Survey has been commissioned by Aldercar and will be administered and evaluated by the Education Survey & Research Service. It consists of 30 tick-box questions (which should only take a few minutes to complete). There is also an opportunity at the end of the survey for you to add comments if you so wish.

Please answer all the questions as far as possible. In each case, unless the question asks otherwise, place a tick in the box against the alternative which most nearly represents your views. (If you have more than one child at the school, and you wish to record different responses, one survey per child may be submitted.) If you cannot answer any question (e.g. because your child is new to the school) just leave it blank.
