This Keele Parent Survey has been commissioned by Aldercar and will be administered and evaluated by the Education Survey & Research Service. It consists of 30 tick-box questions (which should only take a few minutes to complete). There is also an opportunity at the end of the survey for you to add comments if you so wish.
