* 10. We want to be transparent about our costs and will not be able to charge by the hour, only from 4 hours per day. To sustain a club based on 30 children per week at 8 hours per day, we have calculated the cost at £4.20 per hour. This includes: VAT, 1 x breakfast, 1 x hot meal, 1 x healthy snack, supervision/coaching, club t-shirts (ID purposes), drinks, hire equipment and discount session voucher for a general session per week. (This maybe more flexible once we have the results of the survey which will be discussed during our follow call with you).
