Advancing Active Journeys Skye and Lochalsh
Skye For All and Skye and Lochalsh Council for Voluntary Organisations are working together to create accessible walking maps of Kyle of Lochalsh and Portree. These maps will show where critical access points, such as dropped kerbs and seating are, making every day journeys easier.
To help us understand peoples experience of making short journeys without a car, we are carrying out a survey to identify accessible waking/cycling routes and the barriers people with restricted mobility face when walking /cycling in Kyle of Lochalsh, Portree and the wider area.
All survey answers will be kept in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. Personal data is not collected. For more information please refer to SLCVO’s Privacy Notice
In this survey the term “walk” also includes the use of wheelchairs or other mobility aids as well as electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters or similar vehicles.
