Active Communities - A Vision for the Old Police Station

Active Communties is a community-led organisation that develops and delivers fun, innovative programmes across Renfrewshire and the surrounding areas that inspire people to become more active, promote health and wellbeing and empower people to change their lives. The core work of the organisation happens across various sites including shop fronts in Johnstone. Demand for all services is growing and there is a find a central space so we are considering taking the Old Police Station in Johnstone into community ownership.

However, we will only do this if the community of Johnstone wants it, if it will make a difference, be financially viable and not duplicate other activity in the area. To ensure that this is the case, we want to ask your views in this short survey.
