Action for M.E. is a UK charity supporting individuals affected by M.E. It is launching a new children’s service and looking for feedback regarding what services would be most useful to children, parents and professionals.

This survey asks professionals working in education for their views on and experience of working with children and young people with M.E./CFS.

The closing date for completing the survey is 19 November 2017. Many thanks for taking part.
