COVID-19 Staff Absence Reporting
Dear Staff Member,
If you are unable to attend work please report the absence to your line manager as soon as possible in line with the normal reporting procedures
With effect from 23rd November 2020-
In addition to Healthroster/ESR please notify us about any member of staff who is shielding, whether they are working or not working - you/the employee should complete the absence reporting form below and click 'Done'.
You no longer will be able to report any other absence except shielding using survey monkey.
· Healthroster - If you record your staff absence via Healthroster - please continue to record in Healthroster only (ESR will be updated automatically) using the new codes
· ESR - If you record your staff absence via ESR - please record it on the day the absence starts (don’t wait until the end of the month) using the new codes
