We need your help! If you have used APP's forum, email service or had contact with an APP Volunteer in 2018 / 2019, please complete this brief survey.
It will take 5-10 minutes to complete.
Your time to complete it will help us improve the peer support that APP offers, and it will help us report to our funders on the importance of funding our work. We would like as many of our users to complete it as possible in order to demonstrate how many people our project is reaching.
Some questions refer to the usefulness of the peer support service and benefits of it existing, and some we are required by our funders to ask for equality monitoring purposes. If there is anything you do not want to answer, please skip to the next question. All surveys are anonymous and confidential. We would like to use direct quotes taken from the surveys in reports and to raise awareness of APP's peer support service. All quotes will be anonymous.
