* 4. The lead sponsor from your organisation will be invited to major events, and kept up to date with the mentoring scheme progress. In some cases this may be the same person as the Programme Partner, in which case you may simply write "x" in the following boxes.

* 6. Select the appropriate box to indicate the number of participants you would like to include on the scheme. Mentors and mentees must be included in equal numbers, for example 10 pairs will be made up of 10 mentors and 10 mentees. Moving Ahead are available to discuss and support you with your selection process.
