SECAmb Annual Members Meeting 2017

Please complete the form below if you wish to attend our Annual Members Meeting on 28th September 2017, at Ditton Community Centre, Kilnbarn Road, Aylesford, Kent, ME20 6AH.

The event begins at 1.30pm with the an exhibition showcasing SECAmb and local organisations work. Tea & Coffee will be available. The formal Annual Members Meeting begins at 2.30pm and ends at 4.30pm.

You are welcome to attend from 1.30pm and bring as many other people with you as you like - please note their names in the additional attendees section below. Please advise us if you would like to observe at our Council of Governors meetings taking place at 10am in the Don Carmen Hall at the community centre (please select yes to question 4). There is limited capacity within this room so requests will be on a first come first served basis.

* 6. There is ample car parking onsite and disabled parking is available close to the entrance. Aylesford Train Station is located 1 mile from the venue. Please let us know if you would be interested in a transport service from the station to the venue.
