1. Programme Information

To register your class to take part in the Architecture in Schools: Primary programme for the Summer term 2017 please complete each section of this form by 3rd April.

Please note that we can only accept a maximum of one year group from years 4, 5 or 6. If you have more than one form entry, please create a separate registration of each class group. Please find the cost detailed below.

The programme steps are as follows:

27 April 2017: Pre-programme evening training seminar and partnering session for teachers and built environment and design professionals.

8 May - 12 May 2017: One half-day class visit to an exemplary building in London with your built environment professional.

15 May - 9 May 2017: For Year 6 classes only- one half-day class visit to an exemplary building in London with your partner architect or engineer.

Week of 5 June 2017 (Exact date to be confirmed): Model-making evening training session for teachers and built environment professionals. (there will be an option of two days)

12 June - 23 June 2017: One half-day classroom workshops with your partner built environment professional.
29 June 2017, 5pm: Optional inter-school competition, with the winning school to have scheme built within their school

14 July 2017: Awards Ceremony to celebrate students' work created throughout the programme.

Due to the current economic climate and therefore funding pressures, regrettably we are having to charge the following rate for schools to take part in the programme: £750 (+VAT) per class (30 pupils maximum)
For every additional class we offer a 25% discount.

T
