Autism in schools phase 2 Parent Carer survey |
Autism in Schools survey for parents and carers
This survey is part of the Autism in Schools Project funded by NHS England in partnership with the Autism Education Trust (AET) and the National Network of Parent Carer Forums (NNPCFP). The purpose of the project is to improve the experience of mainstream school for children who may be autistic.
The survey is for parents and carers of children attending schools participating in the project, and who may need extra help with a range of issues typically associated with Autism.
Most questions can be left blank and all information you give will be combined with others’ data and presented in an anonymised format.
All information provided will be stored, used and accessed confidentially in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
The survey is hosted by the National Network of Parent Carer Forums in partnership with local parent carer forums. Information will only be accessible to members of the Parent Carer Forum for your Borough, and the London Regional team of the National Network of Parent Carer Forums (NNPCF).
A summary of the survey results may be shared with participating schools and project partners from NHS England, University College London, AET and NNCPF. Your individual survey response will not be shared.
The NNPCF and your Parent Carer Forum, are independent parent/carer-led organisations that represent the lived experiences of children with special educational needs and disabilities and their families, to positively influence the policy and systems that affect their daily lives.
If you would like to submit a response for more than one child attending a participating school, you can complete the survey again.
