Communications survey 2018-19

The A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon improvement scheme recently passed the halfway point and the new road is on track to open by the end of 2020.

We want to keep you informed about scheme progress and how construction may affect you in the most useful way possible.

Your participation in this survey is really appreciated and will help us to plan how best to communicate with you about the scheme.

Since the annual survey first launched in 2016, we've listened to your feedback and taken a number of measures to improve our communications, which include:
  • We’ve launched our mobile visitor centre, which gives us the capability to visit a much wider range of communities, businesses and other groups to keep people updated about the scheme
  • We’ve set up our own social media pages and used them to share project updates with you, including progress photos and traffic management information
  • We've launched a new website that has a dedicated roadworks map, with diversion route information
  • We’ve recruited a dedicated Customer Lead, with a focus on ensuring our roadworks, diversions and signs are as customer-friendly as possible

The closing date for responses is Thursday 28 February 2019. Results will be published on our website (www.highwaysengland.co.uk/A14C2H) as soon as possible afterwards.
