Are you passionate about children’s rights, especially when it comes to babies and young children?

Starcatchers’ Making My Mark campaign is all about how we give very young children a voice and help them develop their sense of agency through the arts.

We’re looking for real life examples to build a picture of how this is already happening in settings throughout Scotland.

With this survey you can share examples of how - through expressive arts - babies and young children in your setting are exploring, experimenting, concentrating, persevering, making choices, expressing themselves and developing that all-important sense of their own agency.

It could be through music, storytelling, puppetry, dancing, mark-making, drama, painting, craft or other artistic and creative experiences.

Please use the text boxes provided to describe your examples in as much detail as possible. None of the information you provide here will be shared publicly. We will read all entries and follow up using the contact details you provide to discuss how your examples could be shared as part of our Making My Mark campaign to help raise awareness of the value of expressive arts in early years.

Thank you for your time! If you have any queries or questions please don't hesitate to contact us at info@starcatchers.org.uk.
