As you have received support from the Armed Services Advice Project through a citizens advice bureau, we would value your feedback about the service you’ve received. We want to provide the best possible service to the Armed Forces community, and we would like to know what difference (if any) the support you received from ASAP has made to your present situation.
Your response to the survey will be completely confidential. It will provide feedback on the service we gave you, and will be used to help us develop the service to assist other members of the Armed Forces community in the future. We will analyse the information you provide using an online survey tool (SurveyMonkey), and we will use the anonymous results to provide information about what people think about the service we have provided.
