The Co-production Steering Group has been established for two years and includes people from statutory, voluntary and third sector organisations. We are committed to develop co-productive work across Leeds.

In order to help us achieve this goal, please can you take five minutes to complete this short survey. We are interested in hearing the views of people from all sectors, in a range of roles.

How will my information be used?

The steering group will analyse survey responses to produce a picture of co-productive working in Leeds and identify any learning. We will share these findings at the next Leeds Co-production conference in July. In order to analyse the survey, we will hold electronic copies of the information you have provided to us.

This information will be held in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation by Touchstone acting as the data controller. We will only use this information to inform learning and to develop co-production. For further details on how your data is used and stored: https://www.touchstonesupport.org.uk/privacy-policy/

What is co-production?

For us co-production is about people working together so that power and decision making are shared. Co-production means that people who use services are able to use their strengths and assets to influence change, service delivery and design. Co-production is based on give and take, sharing power and risk and people who use services being treated as equals in the decisions that affect their lives.
