We are seeking your views on the shape of the Empowering Ethnically Diverse Staff Care Home Network, which was previously known as the Sussex Care Homes BAME Staff Network. This survey aims to identify how best we can support you and what benefits you would like to see from the network, for example: career support, peer support and/or practical support.

The network is a place for you to have the confidence to share your experiences in a secure environment, help address inequalities in the workplace, connect with new people and benefit from getting the support you need to thrive at work and excel in your career.

We want to grow the network and the first step is to make sure it meets your needs. This five-minute survey seeks your views on what you want or need from the network, your preferences for meeting times and venues and anything else you wish to share.

This survey is extended for one week, now closing at 23:59 on Sunday 17 April.

This would require a commitment to support the network and its members to its full potential - reimbursement is available for these roles which are funded one half day per week or 2 days per month.
