I will not force you to do anything, I will make suggestions, encourage challenges perhaps, but ultimately it is your decision how you use your body in our session, and to let me know if any of the above changes or to alert me to any important information as soon as a can.
I have over 600hrs of training and many thousands of teaching experience, I am insured but you are liable for yourself.
