Last year, Healthwatch in Devon, Plymouth, and Torbay and Healthwatch Somerset gathered feedback about NHS 111. Following on from this, we'd like to find out if people's experiences with the service have changed. 

Healthwatch is the independent consumer champion for health and social care services, ensuring the voice of the community is used to influence and improve services for local people.

All responses will be anonymous. The information provided in the surveys will be collated and analysed and used to publish an independent report by Healthwatch. The report will be shared with the public and health decision makers to help improve services.
