Introduction

As part of our citywide work to raise awareness of Adverse Childhood Experiences and their impact we are encouraging partners across Bristol to watch the film “Resilience: The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope”, KPJR Films LLC. This is a one-hour documentary that delves into the science of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the birth of a movement to treat and prevent Toxic Stress.

Our film license allows Bristol partners to screen the film, but only in certain circumstances. If you would like to host a screening in Bristol please provide the information requested so that we can ensure the license conditions will not be breached.

We will contact you for more information on how you plan to engage with viewers on the content. You will be provided with details of how to screen the film - you will need to be able to screen it via a computer with internet access.

If you have any questions please contact ACE@bristol.gov.uk

Thank you for your interest.
