It is really important for us to build up a picture of how the website is being used, so that we can ensure it remains relevant and useful to you and others. By answering the questionnaire, you are granting us use of your anonymised data for research and dissemination purposes, which may help us improve the website in the future. Your anonymised data might be used in reports and research papers which may be disseminated in the future.
Any information you provide will be entirely anonymous within the reporting and analysis, and will be held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). This questionnaire is using SurveyMonkey and any information you enter will be stored temporarily in the United States. By taking part in this questionnaire, you are consenting to any information that can identify you as an individual being stored in this way. SurveyMonkey has signed up to the Safe Harbor Framework. If you are under the age of 18, you should not proceed until your parents or guardians have given you permission to complete this questionnaire. Upon completion you will be asked for your consent for us to use anonymised quotations from your feedback within promotional literature; this is entirely optional. You will also be asked whether you would like to participate in a follow-up interview (by telephone) conducted by the Open University team at a later date; this is also entirely optional and you are asked to provide your email address only if you would like to take part.
