We'll start with two easy questions. This is so we know who, and where, to send the free copy of the finished report to.

Question Title

* 1. What is your name?

Question Title

* 2. What is your email address? (so we can send you the free report)

Question Title

* 3. Which country are you from? (this is so we can create country-specific findings)

Note: Throughout this survey please use your local currency.  When analysing the data, we will convert all amounts to a common currency at prevailing exchange rates for the purposes of data comparison.  Also, we will create some specific analysis for specific countries in the local currency of that country.

Question Title

* 4. Which of the following applies to you?

The next 10 questions are very important.  Please read this carefully.

For questions 5 to 16 please make sure you enter a MONTHLY fee/price (not annual).  Also, use your local currency (when we analyse the results we will convert all prices to a common currency at current exchange rates).

Enter a price based upon what you would price the work for these clients (if you give fixed prices) or how much you would expect based on your experience and similar clients you have.

If you normally offer the client a range of options, please give a price for the essential bookkeeping work, i.e. data processing and reconciliations only (don't include other services such as payroll, management reports or advisory work).  Assume they all use your preferred accounting system, e.g. QBO (but do not include any software licence fees you might recharge the client).

If you have no idea, and would always use an hourly rate move to question 17.
