The Box Office team are a key part of the organisation, acting as the first point of contact for customers both on the phone and in person.  The small team, led by the Box Office Manager, deliver excellent customer service by telephone, in person and online, champion the work and collaborate with the Front of House teams to ensure the best, joined up customer experience.
