* 1. Thank you for taking the time to complete the Gamble Aware website survey. Your views are very important to us. In this survey, we’ll ask you a range of questions about our website, it shouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes.

The results from this survey will be stored in SurveyMonkey as raw data. Aggregated data collected within the survey will be reported on to help GambleAware make improvements to their website across a number of different aspects (e.g. usability, content).

All data collected within this survey will be confidential and anonymous, and we will not be able to identify you from the information that you provide as part of the survey. All individual response data will be deleted within 6 months.
